Capital Markets Analyst
Waypoint Residential, LLC (Boca Raton, FL)


Prepare comprehensive financial models of multifamily development, leasing, joint ventures, and capital structures. Model complex partnership and fund structures. Work closely with the Asset Management team to generate periodic reporting, as well as zero-based budgeting in connection with investment underwriting. Prepare internal and external offering memoranda related to new and existing investments. Perform macro and micro economic research to support existing and future business plans. Communicate with senior management regarding ongoing project status, variance reporting, and evaluation of performance metrics. Assist capital markets team with quarterly reporting and investment underwriting model updates and variance reports. Assist with creation and preparation of DDQs, PPMs, and other client/prospective investor communications. Perform various ad-hoc tasks required to improve the processes and information tracking by the Asset Management, Capital Markets, Development, Finance, and Investor Relations teams.



Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, Real Estate, or closely related field. Advanced knowledge (via work experience or coursework) of Financial Analysis; Financial Modeling; Financial Statements and Reports; Excel; and Python. Must have passed the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Level 3 Exam.
