Waypoint was attracted to this transaction due to Jacksonville’s strong population and job growth and its convenient access to I-295, major employment centers, and highly rated schools.

The Point at Tamaya was sold approximately eight months prior to the close of its projected hold time for a realized IRR of 23%; the projected high-end IRR was 22% for a three-year hold.
