Waypoint Residential recently sold Cordova Creek Apartments.

Located in Cordova, Tennessee, approximately 20 miles east of downtown Memphis, the 196-unit class B multifamily community consists of 28 two-story buildings with a clubhouse, internet café, fitness center, swimming pool and other amenities.

Waypoint acquired Cordova Creek in late 2013 and invested more than $1.1 million to upgrade kitchens, bathrooms and exteriors.
