Jonathan Brundige is responsible for overseeing the company’s business operations and execution of investment strategy across its portfolio. He has over 27 years of experience across all aspects of real estate investment. Prior to joining Waypoint, Mr. Brundige was Chief Operating Officer at Candlebrook Properties. Previously, he was an Executive Director at J.P. Morgan Private Bank and was the Director of Asset Management for Silverstein Properties. Mr. Brundige served as Associate General Counsel at Broadway Partners, as well as SVP of Asset Management. He holds a J.D. from Brooklyn Law School, a Graduate Certificate in Real Estate from New York University Schack Institute of Real Estate, and a B.S. from St. Lawrence University.

Jim Lott is responsible for overseeing the company’s investment and development activities. He has over 20 years of experience in real estate finance, asset management and development. Prior to joining Waypoint, Mr. Lott was Vice President at SunTrust Bank – Commercial Real Estate. Mr. Lott holds a B.B.A. from the University of Georgia Terry College of Business.

Jill Jones is responsible for managing the company’s financing, accounting and human resources teams. She has over 24 years of experience in real estate accounting and finance. Prior to joining Waypoint, Ms. Jones was the Controller for Altman Management Company, overseeing corporate and property level accounting. Previously, she was the Chief Financial Officer at Premier Sales Group, Inc. and Senior Financial Analyst at Altman Development Corporation. Ms. Jones holds a B.S. from the University of Wisconsin.

Chris Moore is responsible for sourcing land acquisitions and development management activities throughout Florida. Mr. Moore has more than 30 years of experience in commercial real estate development. Previously, he was Executive Vice President of Real Estate Development for the Meyers Group. Mr. Moore hold a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh.

Jack McIntyre is Vice President of Development for Waypoint and responsible for sourcing, entitlement, and execution of ground up development opportunities in the Southeast region.  Mr. McIntyre has a decade of experience in real estate development, investment, and brokerage.  Prior to joining Waypoint, Mr. McIntyre held positions at Preferred Apartment Communities and Jones Lang LaSalle.  Mr. McIntyre holds a B.S. from Washington and Lee University, an MS from Wake Forest University School of Business, and an MS in Real Estate from Georgia State University Robinson College of Business.

Kelly Carter is responsible for overseeing pre-development construction coordination and planning for all new developments. He has over 30 years of multifamily construction management experience. Prior to joining Waypoint, he served as Vice President of Construction for Post Properties, Inc., responsible for construction management in the Southeast region of the U.S. Previously, Mr. Carter held construction management roles with Lane Realty Construction and United Dominion Realty Trust. He holds a B.S. of Building Science from Clemson University.

Roi Lidor is responsible for multifamily acquisitions across the country for Waypoint. Roi has over 23 years of experience in real estate acquisitions, finance and asset management. Prior to joining Waypoint, he was the Director of Acquisitions at Castle Lanterra Properties. Mr. Lidor holds an M.B.A. from the University of Miami.

Christopher Saul is a Managing Director of Capital Markets at Waypoint, responsible for capital formation and distribution across the private wealth channel, including private banks, trust banks, and registered investment advisors (RIAs). He focuses on capital raising and distribution for Waypoint’s investment solutions. Mr. Saul brings more than 25 years of experience in investment management, fund-level strategy, and investment distribution, working closely with private wealth clients to deliver tailored investment solutions. Prior to joining Waypoint, he held senior capital markets and distribution roles at Bluerock Capital Markets, BNY Mellon, and OppenheimerFunds. Mr. Saul holds a Bachelor of Science from The Pennsylvania State University and maintains FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses.

Michael Geller is responsible for engaging and maintaining investor relations with the company’s institutional capital partners. He has over 11 years of experience in real estate and capital raising.  Prior to joining Waypoint, Mr. Geller was Director of Capital Formation at Warwick Investment Group where he was responsible for raising capital for the firm’s various investment strategies. Before that, he spent seven years at Lazard working in their Private Capital Advisory Group where he was responsible for helping to raise institutional capital for the firm’s real estate clients.  Mr. Geller holds a B.S. from Cornell University’s School of Hotel Administration.

Kevin Do is responsible for overseeing financial operations, corporate accounting and reporting across the company’s portfolio.  He has more than 15 years of experience across all aspects of real estate finance and accounting. Prior to joining Waypoint, Mr. Do served as the Manager of Corporate Finance for FirstService Residential a Florida- based property management firm. Previously, he was a financial advisor with Morgan Stanley. Mr. Do holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance and a Master’s Degree in Accounting from Florida Atlantic University.

Traci Wilhelm is the Managing Director of Asset Management for Waypoint and is responsible for driving business plans, optimizing operational performance, and enhancing investment returns for the portfolio. She has over 20 years of experience in the multifamily real estate industry and was most recently the Managing Director of Asset Management at Ashcroft Capital. Prior to that, Ms. Wilhelm held leadership positions at RXR Realty, CBRE Investment Management and Gables Residential after practicing real estate transaction law in Denver, CO. She holds a J.D. from Washington and Lee University School of Law, a M.S. in Real Estate and Construction Management from the University of Denver, and a B.A. from The University of Colorado.

Dominique Song is responsible for overseeing legal matters related to the company’s business operations and investment activities. She has over 15 years of experience in real estate private equity, investment banking and law. Ms. Song previously served as General Counsel of Blue Magma Residential. Ms. Song is a licensed attorney in California, Florida and Texas and practiced at Cravath and Gibson Dunn. Before obtaining her J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School, she was an investment banking analyst with Goldman Sachs.

Nick Weatherford is the Director of Investor Relations for Waypoint and responsible for overseeing the firm’s client solutions functions, including investor due diligence, reporting, communications, and relationship management. Mr. Weatherford has over 10 years of experience in private equity and alternative investment business development. Prior to joining Waypoint, Mr. Weatherford was Vice President at Peachtree Group. He was also previously Director at Noble Investment Group and began his career in investor relations at Wafra in New York. He holds a B.S. from The University of Alabama and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Thunderbird School of Global Management.

Kristi Novak oversees Waypoint’s property management operations, ensuring the successful launch of new communities and maintaining the highest standards of operational excellence. With more than 23 years of industry experience and a B.S. in Residential Sciences from Florida State University, she brings deep expertise in new construction, property renovations, repositioning, acquisitions, and large-scale capital projects. Known for her strengths in team building, client relations, and staff development, Kristi holds the CAM, CAPS, and NAAEI Trainer designations. She has also served as President of both the Southeast Florida Apartment Association and the Florida Apartment Association, reflecting her leadership and influence within the multifamily industry.

Daly Reardon leads the company’s HR strategy, talent development, and employee engagement initiatives. Before joining Waypoint in 2023, Ms. Reardon served as the U.S. Manager of Human Resources for LIV Golf, overseeing all domestic HR operations during a period of rapid growth. Earlier in her career, she advanced through various roles at JM Family Enterprises, gaining comprehensive experience in HR practices and organizational development. Ms. Reardon holds both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Social Work from Florida Atlantic University.

Danielle Mahoney is the Vice President of Executive Operations and is responsible for the supporting the day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives for the senior executive team. She has more than 12 years experience in operations. Prior to joining Waypoint, Mrs. Mahoney was Director of Operations at a private family office where she supported a former professional athlete and previously she supported an owner of a major sports franchise. Mrs. Mahoney holds a B.A. from Auburn University.
